First, please check our Shipping page to see if we are able to ship into your state.

Second, download, complete and return to us the three documents below. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and download our registration documents which are in  .pdf format. If you are unable to use Acrobat Reader, please e-mail us and we will send the documents via E-Mail attachment in Microsoft Word Format.

Once your registration is complete (with all necessary paperwork and lab tests) and you have chosen a Donor, you can purchase semen.

Ovulation Predictor Kits are available over the counter at most pharmacies and indicate you will be ovulating in 24-36 hours. If you are having difficulty determining when you will be ovulating you should consult your health practitioner. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area you can consult with Maia Midwifery & Preconception Services.

On the morning your test turns positive you must call 510-521-7737 before 9 AM Pacific Time to arrange for a pick-up, insemination or overnight shipment via FedEx.
