We ship to clients' homes for self insemination and to doctor's offices for storage or intrauterine inseminations.  As of March 2000 we ship to the following States in blue and, at present, not to the States in red.

*We cannot ship to the states of New York or Maryland because they have homophobic regulations which specifically bar Gay and Bisexual men from being sperm donors.

We operate under California law [California Family Code Section 7613(b)] which legally separates Donor and Mother. Clients from outside of California are still covered by this law under the full faith and credit clause of the United States Constitution. We hold a tissue banking license from the State of California as well as laboratory licenses from the Federal Government (CLIA) and the State of California. 

We have repeatedly tried to contact the states in red listed above. If your state is in red please write to your State Department of Health with the following inquiry:

"Does our state have any laws or regulations which restrict the shipment of frozen human semen to individuals or physicians in our state? If there are any laws or regulations please send me a copy. If no laws or regulations exist, please write to inform me of this."

Once you get an answer, fax us a copy, and we can add your state to our list if they have no regulations. Most states do not have any regulations because the American tissue banking industry has a very good safety record. However, if your state does have regulations we are, most likely, already in compliance. Before we ship to any state we need to know it is allowable to do so in writing.
